Q: What happens after I buy?

You'll get an email with a link to my calendar so you can book your 90 minute session. You'll also be asked to complete a short questionnaire about your business so I can better understand you.

Q: Which timezone are you in?

I'm in England and operate in the GMT or BST timezone (whatever they're calling it nowadays). Wherever your based we can find a time that works best for us both.

Q: What stage of business do I need to be in?

You need to be at a stage where you have the time and capacity to focus on 3 priorities over the next 90 days. That means you can be a startup or an established business owner or charity. The important thing is that you have the time to implement.

Q: Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes, you can pay by 2 instalments of £300. Just choose that option when you check out.

Q: What will I receive after our session?

You'll get: A google doc action plan setting out what steps to take over the next 90 days A Google sheet priority tracker which will list out your priorities over the next 90 days in order of importance or impact

90-minute 1:1 strategic planning session

We'll meet on Zoom and work together to uncover what’s working in your business, what's holding you back and the missed opportunities.

I'll then help you to identify up to 3 priorities that will have the biggest impact on your business, using my 4 step priority matrix. Those priorities will be your focus over the next 90 days.

A personalised Priority Tracker

A done for you Google sheet to help you to visualise what needs your attention now and what can wait, allowing you to track your tasks by urgency and importance, so you know exactly what task to tackle first.

A done for you action plan

Get a complete breakdown of what to do, when, and how. You'll get a breakdown of milestones based on your priorities and instructions for each milestone, so you know what to do, how and when, all laid out in an easy to follow Google doc format.

2 Drop-in support sessions)

As you implement your 90 day plan, you’ll get access to 2 drop in sessions on Voxer (a free walkie talkie app). Each drop in session is 1 hour and you can drop in any time during the hour to get support, feedback or a pep talk.

Drop in sessions take place on a Wednesday.

It's an opportunity for you to get extra support.

They take place every Wednesday and you'll be able to sign up for any of the drop in sessions that I'm running.

You have 90 days from the date of your first session to schedule your drop in sessions. Each drop in lasts for up to 1 hour. The drop in session is just that. An opportunity for you to drop in whenever you want during that hour. The session will take place on Voxer, a walkie talkie app. You'll be sent instructions on how to use it.
