The most important element all new business owners need but often ignore (Mistake No.9)

Most new business owners when they start their business focus on activities such as developing their social media presence, getting their logo designed and building their website.  This isn’t wrong it’s just they aren’t ready to take these actions because there is a fundamental element of their business development that they’re missing.  Without this missing element, you cannot set your business up for success. 

If you don’t focus on this element at the outset of your entrepreneurial journey, you’ll find that you will have to go back to the beginning to build this element.  So if you have to do it anyway, why not do it at the outset?
